Cause it got plastered on Kotaku with some made up story about it being from an ex-lionshead employee.

Well in his portfolio it says he's worked on these games: Kinectimals, The Outsider, Unreal3, Gears of War, Overlord, Saints Row and Terminator Salvation. Probably as a contractor.
