I got this game called DROD: RPG and I am making a level pack for a friend.

The game itself is a puzzle RPG game with a topdown view. I am making a level pack with a story line that takes place in the world of the Gothic series (after Gothic 2 to be exact)

However I decided to add some voice acting too. There are monsters with a very heavy voice, but I already voiced them myself by making my voice lower and different using Audacity.

Now I need some other voice actors, they don't need to be perfect or anything so anyone may volunteer. I haven't finished the script yet but that'll come.

If someone is good at doing 2 different voices then that is ok to me too.

I am talking about 10 - 20 sentences per character. (perhaps more when I made more progress).

Sorry about my bad English tonight. I'm a bit tired I guess :P

Thanks in Advance!

Here are the lines of a certain character named Erol. Reading this might be a bit confusing (especially since I left out the main character's lines in this script) but In the end I'll explain it all :)

If anyone could voice each line separately, then that would be a great help already!
Edit: Removed, just to be sure the ones who are going to play this game won't see spoilers!
Edit: Ignore the ,,,, they are just there because I copied the script straight from the game.

Edit 2: Riven just did those lines and they're perfect! Thanks a lot.

I'll post back here when I've got more sentences. Just in case.

Really? Ok great! When I'm home from school (I'm in biology lessons now) I probably have a few more sentences ready to be voiced. (Different character ofcourse!)

Thanks for the offer :)

New lines: (More to come later though!)

Character: Raven
Type of character: Evil ; Boss of the Gothic 2 add-on.
Here's a video of the character:

Ok, here they are: (The lines are in blue)

Jhendra Akhantar! < Don't worry, the hardest comes first. Try to pronounce it as "Jehhendra Ekkantar" like the main character does in the beginning of the video

Shit! You already?! (Player sees him running and almost catches up to him)

--Sometime later--

So, we meet again

--Player Talks--

Things will be different this time though, thanks to this buddy behind me (He has an enemy behind him that makes every monster in the room stronger. It's from DROD itself)

--Player makes joke--

Very funny. Now come here and prepare yourself for your final battle!

That's it already. I will have more lines soon, these are less than I thought they would be. Also, I'm going to delete the script from earlier in this topic (the one Riven voiced), in case my friend accidentally reads this topic.

The game is finally finished since a while now already (~3/4 weeks) and my brother finally completed the game.

I was wondering though, if there are people interested here in playing it as well, and the question is if (please reply with an honest answer :p ) then I might add some small changes so that you could play it without support.

One example, once or twice there was a bug that I had to tell my brother about on how to avoid it.
Now I could make a note in the game instead of telling other players how to avoid them.

To make things clear:

It's a Puzzle RPG game (topdown). I made a custom level pack with custom scripts and sprites... and sweet soundtracks.

The editor of the game has a great scripting language that even allowed me to make a level up system and much more.

If you have any questions, just ask.

Edit: Half of the in-game text is voiced (Once by Riven actually). The other half is not, because of a lack of motivation and because it would result in an even bigger delay.

I think I would be interested in trying it out, but just out of interest, how much will it be for?

I suddenly realised that the game itself. is of course a Shareware game (20 Dollars)

How stupid of me... Well.. I found out you can import any user-made Hold (=Level Pack) in the demo as well, but the demo is limited to only one theme. (= Texture pack) Which is really not recommended.

You could play the demo: | Download | and see if you like the game enough to buy it. Otherwise, I cannot come up with a solution thus far.
