Posting Error

I was wondering if anyone knows the cause(s) and how to stop the following error message when posting:

Action denied! You must wait at least 0.1 seconds before making another submission

This happens with great regularity. I have learned to always copy my post now before I submit because when this happens I have to rewrite everything again.

You could try to delete your cookies?

I always have a similar issue, not sure what the error says for me though. But I think mine has to do that I sometimes login on the Snarkpit on my PSP as well.

This computer is the only place that I login on. But as long as I make a copy of all of my posts before I attempt to submit it isn't too bad though. However, I will note that this is a somewhat recent error though. If I recall correctly maybe within the last 6-8 months.
