You need some more lighting, the screens are very dark on this machine I'm using.

I like the crate textures, they blend in perfectly, but yea a bit more darkening is needed, but its not dark, its pretty light on my monitor.

I think you just need to add more contrast between light and dark, some areas seem to have bland lighting, while others are too dark with small patches of light. You need to find an equilibrium.

Try to get more contrast in there, and don't use light entities with no source like there is in the first screen. It looks really tacky and doesn't colour well.

well, you all seem to agree that the lighting is the main issue that needs to be addressed. i'll leave that until i can get some feedback from ppl viewing the actual map, as i think some of the darkness works well in the level.
Gorby and $loth both noticed the light ent with no source, but failed to notice that i had mentioned it in the edit at the end of my first post. so  . i only noticed it myself as i was posting the pic.
i hope i still have the original crates.wad with a readme of who made what in it, so as that i can give cretit where it's due. the wad is made up of different peoples work that had been entered into some forum competition, if i remember correctly.
