First, I used this tutorial to create the water http://www.snarkpit.com/editing.php?page=tutorials&id=15&highlight=waterfall
But, there is a problem.
Here is an image of it :

Ok, in the image, the water on the floor (B) was set as conveyer and the compass in the properties was set to 180 degrees. The water on on the wall in the grate (A), is also a conveyer, and the compass is set to 180 degrees. The problem is, the arrows illustrate the direction the water is flowing.
The water on the floor was no problem to edit, I was controling the direction with the compass, ok thats fine, but how do i correct the direction of the grate water (A), to match the floor water (B)?

Not to confuse the issue, but i originally wanted the water coming from the grate, not flowing to it. But if I can just get the hang of the vertical water flow, II'll be fine.
Hope that image helped.

Thanks

rotate the texture possibly (90deg.), if its a scrolling texture, cause scrolling textures move in 1 direction, just play with it till u get it right.

Ps I dont know if this is the right answer or not.

omegaslayer's answer is correct; scroll* textures always scroll from left to right. Rotate the texture so that the right side of the texture is aimed in the direction you want it to flow (on a texture like this where telling right from left on the brush is difficult, select the face and note the direction of the axis lines. I believe the yellow one is a proper indicator of func_conveyor direction).

Nice. Working great now.

I set both the rotation of the texture and the direction of the conveyer to my desired direction, and that was it.

Thanks for the response's (and fast too! )
