I started to actually learn PHP this time and built myself a pretty cool website in my opinion. Next up is when I get a chance I"ll make it a LOT flashier, but I have to wait until I'm given that homework assignment in Advanced Computer Survey at myschool. Kill two birds with one stone so I can map more!

Cool. Nice art Ferret.

I've been trying to find a nice template to use for a site myself, I'd learn HTML but I have too many other things I'm working on, I'd rather focus the time on other areas. Would be great to have a site though

I like the design of the website overall, but I don't like the way the text starts right against the edge of the page. I think it would be better if the whole page was moved into the middle, with the same background colour, but the background picture, the images, and the text, only covering the middle 700 pixels or something. Does that make sense? I mean have a center aligned table with the website content and header part in it.

You don't have 20 minutes?

Your site is ... blan. I mean, Like Jeff said, the positioning needs to be tweaked. There is a center tag, if that helps. You could try messing with an div area and position it to be centered (leaving everything else alone such that it will be aligned the same) ... I can give a better example if you want.

I loved your site a few re-designs ago I think, with the gas mask image
and a cool left hand side bar. Can't remember much more about it but in
my opinion, it was far nicer than this. Simplicity is good at times I
guess, but this feels too dull to me.

I was actually just refering to the artwork and maps as the design WILL be redone as I thought I stated (thus the really simple one)?

Errr, doesn't read that way to me mate, but if its to be redesigned then thats cool  I kinda thought you meant more spinkee features as opposed to new design, but I guess it could go either way.

I read it the way Ferret meant... "Alot flashier" would usually apply to a graphics part.
