There is a seemingly random missing piece of the face right at the part I have pictures of, I have no idea why it is happening. That brush does have nodraw on the back of it though, but I do not see how it would matter. It had the same problem whether the depth of the brush was 1 or 10. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this? Thank you for any help.

I thiiiink this is just a little engine bug, since I'm assuming those windows aren't func_detailed thus it's splitting that brush into something smaller, and that face is getting discarded somehow.

Well you assumed wrong, because those windows are func_details

i'd poke a guess that the engine is confused because the bounding box of the bottom side of your func_whatever windows is thicker than the top edge of the wall that it sits on.

try making the base wall just a little thicker than the main support uprights of the windows.

I still have not been able to figure out the problem, I guess next I will try to take off all the nodraw around that area, but the map takes forever to compile as is, any other ideas would be appreciated.

I have another picture now too, it shows it better. Also it seems to only happen in the long rows of windows. Like a row of 15 it will happen, but not like 8. Any ideas?

Well I fixed it, it does not happen if i make multiple blocks next to each other, instead of one long block.
