Hey.

Just posting about my latest hl2dm map.

It's a sort of rural farm based one.

I've released the first beta version of it already which you can find here :

http://www.therealgame.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/hl2dm/dm_cows_b1.rar

What I'd like is some feedback / criticism or suggestions on the first
beta and the screenshots of the 2nd. I'd really appreciate anything you
can give.

Heres some screenshots (from beta version 2):

Please in future post smaller screenshots of around 50-80kb each. JPEG
Optimisation tools are available (and linked at the new topic page!)
and easy to use.

200kb+ screenshots aren't too great for our 56k members

Just a heads up from your local friendly moderator

tis why i put the smiley.. it was an effort.

the XAT link really needs to be put back in the place of the other program that replaced it.
it was there originally, and still proves to be the better of the two for this one task.

I like the fence in screen2. I like the "dip" under it -- but the only thing that looks wrong about it, is how the fence seems physically uneffected by the dip

It should probably sink just a little -- or put something under neath it to suport that fence!

Overall, it looks very good

puts on sunglasses the first pic is a little bright don't you think? In the second pic where the fence goes over the dent in the ground, the fence should bend down into it.
