In my map I have started I made a carve just a square one that is all
and after I did that my map freaks out if I knew how to add a pic I
would. But I undid the carve and it still does it.

CSG (Constructive Solid Geometry) Known as "Carve" in hammer is never a good idea to use.
even in High end apps like 3ds max it can cause problems.
so if you use it expect problems.

I said I removed the carve. When I delete the object I carved into it
still shows up in the game along with anything else I deleted. Those
objects I deleted still show up.!

maybe it isn't writing the final bsp to which ever maps folder. That or you have errors so it isn't fully compiling.
Check it.

You fracture many of the "innocent bystander" neighboring brushes when
you use carve, so you cannot fix the problem by just deleting the brush
you carved.
I hope you had saved another version of your map somewhere before you
carved it up. Otherwise you've just learned a hard lesson by
carving and destroying your current map.
