Alright, so I can get trigger_hurt to work, but how do I get
trigger_physics_trap to kill a player. I think it needs a filter, but
what do i set the filter to?

After an hour of messing around, I guess all i had to do was give the
trigger zone a name...then I could set the flags. This kills the target
instantly, but doesnt make electrical sparks. Going to try and make a
zone below that one to disentagrate corpses.

Ok, so you want the player to die, then have his corpse dissapear? Because if you want it to fall apart or whatever, you may need to make some custom stuff. But I'm not quite sure what is going on anymore.

Ok, when you an object fall in the heavy eletrical effect is applied
and it disapears. I want this to happen to my corpse. All that happens
right now is death.

I am having the same problem. I have made a trigger_trap, it will
kill any object that is inside of it and make that said object break
apart (like in the last part of hl2 inside the citidel) but the player
who is inside will only drop dead.

Answer: A BIG ASS LASER

trust me on this one, make a laser go across the point and set it's brightness to 0.

It'll be invisible and you can have it disintergrate the player.

I used it on my map Fractal

That doesnt really work for me, Ill set the target to an info_target.
Then set the brightness to 0. I can still see it. I dont know what the
max radius is, but I set it to 800 and its still small. I jump into it
and it doesnt kill me. I noclip slowly into it, it kills me. There has
to be another way:(

I'm sure there is another way, but a big ass laser is such a bad-asser way
