Anyone in these parts any good at using LATEX? (for those who don't know, this is a 'thingy' which lets you create PDFs, especially useful for creating mathematical documents). I'm writing my dissertation, which I'll share with everyone in a few weeks, and was wondering if anyone knows how the heck I change the font used in the tableofcontents? (for the title, and the entries/page numbers)

He may have Adobe Writer.

TeX languages just have the ability to save in PDF format, they aren't made for it! (except PDF is pretty good for printing out books)

/remembers to Google for 'table of contents' instead of '\tableofcontents' next time

Thanks for the help, but that package didn't want to work properly on my computer, so had to use \renewcommand\tableofcontents ...

OpenOffice is a text editor like Microsoft Word, but without the price tag (its free!) and legal.

And has a feature of saving your document as a PDF format. Which is what I did.

When I saw the title of this thread, I thought that Lep had a little
"accident" in the middle of the night involving a condom and was
desperately seeking advice on remedying the situation. Damn my insomnia.

No, don't attribute it to insomnia. I thought of the same thing.
