It's the way of the future. My clinic is going to do without any paper document starting this morning. We'll see how it goes. It all correspond to our national aim at electronic medical record (assigned by our chief earlier this week) by the year 2017.

The side benefit is that I am working with that hot nurse I was talking about a few months ago. Man, she just handed me my schedule. Too bad that I don't have my digital camera with me today.

Yeah, I am getting married next month. But that doesn't stop my testosterone from flowing. My fiance (and soon to be wife) doesn't mind me looking at other women. I don't mind her looking at other men. It's only natural.

But we trust each other fully that we'll be faithful. I can't even imagine that I'll ever think about cheating on her. Heck, I've never even cheated on a girlfriend.

It's unrealistic to expect men to stop oogling at other women once he's married.

That might not be a problem after all. Someone else is taking pictures of everyone during lunch time because of the "going live" event today. So if I find a picture of her, I'll make a link to this thread.

IMO I think relationships where both spouses agree it's alright to look
at the opposite sex as long as they don't cheat on the other one, last
longer than other relationships.

It's all about trust. I think if there is some inherent mistrust between the couples, then it might manifest itself by so-called jealousy and inability to allow the other partner to even look at another member of the opposite sex.

A relationship build on trust and open communication is secure, so each partner never has to worry about infidelity.

Not necessarily.

Its more about "Accepting facts"

Its normal for people to notice opposite sexes.. where the problem comes in is where the one or both of the couple does something unfair like "forbidding the action"

If people understand and accept that its normal to look then trust or any other factor never comes into play.

That said, a certain amount of "tact" is also vital. It is never tactful to continuously notice, nor is it particularly tactful to "comment" on them either.. Never say "Wow, look at those fine boobs" when your wife is 8 months pregnant and as big as a cow...

anyways,... trust is not that important..

In that situation its equally important NOT to make the comment "Thats a HUGE bitch!" about another pregnant woman  .

"Wow, look at those fine boobs" when your wife is 8 months pregnant
But chances are, my wife's boobs are going to be ginormous that far
into pregnancy. So there wouldn't be any reason for her (or me)
to envy any other breasts.

Do you work at sounding like Crono, or does it just come to you naturally?

For the record, I feel that you may have one of those women that only looks still more sexy pregnant than not.. But please try to grasp an example when its tossed your way sometime.
