Hi,
My first post here so hello everyone. I've been getting stuck in to
hammer for the last fews days and i've been playing around with physics
and triggers trying to make something interesting. Anyway, here's what
i've
come up with so far. I'm going to be polishing it off before making my
first proper dm map.
Oh yeah, the ball sometimes falls off so you might have to put it back
on the contraption so it can continue. Also it mostly won't get
completely round but i'm working on it!

Why do you make stuff like that... I am honeestly not even going to download this.... why?
-Because there is a complete lack of quality (layout, lighting and brushwork) Its a box with static meshes that you can throw around......

I think this is acceptable because it's not really meant to be a multiplayer map, just a test of the physics engine. It's like if we berated Lep for releasing his test map.
I was wondering when a what-do-you-call-it (really complex machine thing, named after an inventor) kind of map would come out.

My apologies for being so harsh, it was quite rude. I guess it was all those worthless maps the kept posting up on PHL and saying these were awesome mapbacks.. when all they were, were killbox maps. My apologies truly. And this does look a little interesting, when i first looked at it I thought it was something totally different but now i understand what it is. And its actually pretty funny, good idea.

The level was initially just a fun physics map but as the people joined
my server and I got good feedback I decided to just make it more
polished. So that's why I posted it up as a test map, I just thought
people might be interested in having a look.
No probs Crackerjack, I know it must be frustrating when you get 1000's
of n00bs all asking the same questions and releasing the same
fullbright rooms  I've joined a few servers myself with pointless
maps on and it gets boring fast  I'll try to keep my n00bness down

Very cool! now you need to make a MP map with cannons and stuff! that would be neat.

Valve have changed something since I released this map, you will need to enable the console and type:
sv_cheats 1
impulse 101
to get the suit and grav gun which are required to pick up the ball in the first place.
