Here...

all you do is take a picture in 3d texture mode... then without moving
take a picture in wireframe mode - open up photoshop, crop, and make em
blend into each other (use layer mask, tweak with it to make it look
how you want it to) - looks pretty cool.... nice for a website
background or something!

can also do a 3 level thing with wireframe-flatcolor-textured

ive only worked on it for a couple days....... this effect would be nicer with a cool map :biggrin:

I think it was Siberia he did it with, I was with him when he made it and we were trying to make a nice blend. Now I know of course how to do it, but back then I had wee knowledge of Photoshop.

I think it works best in wireframe - the predominance of green in the
picture fits well with the site, while I think a textured picture would
clash.
