Been wondering if there any possibility that i could disable the physics on a special weapon cause using the physics makes it to easy to get.

cannot answer your question but, i have noticed that a lot of maps were not as good because of this.. even the Valve remakes have not taken this into consideration.. its to easy to get the RPG off of a ledge, that in HL1 was a good hiding spot for it. :sad:
/me advises, build a cage of some sort to prevent it from being sucked to the player. assuming you cannot disable the physics.

i havent tried it out yet, but couldnt you make a func_clip_vphysics (think its called that) brush around the weapon.

I really dont know what your talking about: "disable the physics", what
does that mean? Prevent a weapon from moving? Stop the gun from
shooting physics :razz: ?

Make it so that there is a Box around the RPG with a cage texture on it. Put it on a ledge. If the player manages to get onto the ledge, have a button there that lowers the cage walls allowing that player to get the RPG. It's brilliant!
