looks and feels like playing tomb raider on acid.... :/

these folks did well under the criteria set forth, but in the overall picture, well......

It was pretty good especially since they hadn't used Hammer before...
The jump animation was dodgy though and it was all the same tbh...

Reminded me of Tomb Raider mixed with a Final Fantasy Setting.

as i understand it, theseteams from SMU were to build a mod from the ground up using hl2 's engine, in a limited amount of time, and with a limited amount of resources as part of their coursework....s**t....give em another 5 years like gabe and the boys had, and theyd be unstopable.....excellent work they did, but its not quite...mmm....whats the word??......

I liked it a lot, my jaw dropped at the shere amount of detail in the
first scene. I can't really comemerate the DEV team on the AI, but its
top of the line art (models/textures/sound). I especially like the
sound track, thats something thats not eminent in most mods. My only
wish is that the story was develpoed a little better, like have flash
backs or something :smile:
