What do you mean exactly by "car sign"? Do you mean the license plate
number, or something else like a bumper sticker or something?
Personally I'd avoid the whole "1337" part but clearly thats the main
part you want to keep, so I think the most important part of the
decision should be picking the one that is most obvious. For example,
even a hardened geek is unlikely to make much of "SF 1337", with the
exception of the obvious 1337 part. "IR 1337" or "IM 1337" is more
likely to be noticed. So yeah, I'd say those are your best options

I work with a guy whose plates read 'L33T' I'm tempted to resurrect my old 'LVL DSNR' with 'RVN DSNR' or 'RVN DSN,' depending on characters allowed. But I'll stick around a while longer before I do something silly like that.

I think your first two are the best bets, but #4 was also creative. Just go with what you think is best, not like any of us will probably ever see your car

Don't you need numbers in your plates then, KFS? I think "SN4RK P1T" is too long and sad

States, The United states that is, vary from state to state on the amount of digits allowable.. I am not positive on the exact counts but some are as little as 7 I know about. States like California have more I think.

Where I live, you might be able to squeeze "Snrk Pt" . Spaces count as letters, and I believe you are allowed 7 total here.

Don't quote me on that cause the personalize plates deal is fruity here. You have to renew them annually at a premium. A penalty I am not willing to commit to.
There is no history until something happens, then there is.

Personally I would say not to use special forces 1337, unless you're actually in the special forces and deserve to use said designation. I don't know, seems a bit cheap, especially when our special forces are actually doing s**t right now, to designate youreself as such on your license plate.

Also... one problem with using 1337 in your license plate: those that understand what it means will think you're a noob, and those that don't understand will think you just wasted XX dollars on your license plate. (Same applies to H4x0r)
