Yesterday i was eating a "super noodles to go" (I understand that you
dont get it in America but Rival said its similar to some stuff called
Raaman. Anyway as i was gorging myself it suddenly hit me. These foods
are unbelevibly unhealthy, its not the fat as Super noodles dont have
much fat. Nor is it the salt, super noodles dont have any salt. Instead
they have loads of foreign chemicals. This pot had 11 E-numbers and
Curcumin and Lycopen(colourings).
This seems really dangerous, considering E-numbers can be a link to
heart cancer. Lots of foodstuffs have these kinds of chemicals. The
thing i want to know is why this is so common in so much of our daily
diet. People will much their salt, fat and carb intake but they think
twice about all the potentially deadly chemicals that make up 2% of
their daily slim-a-soup so to speak.

LoL Nickleplate
Though these noodles are yummy im trying to find out why people just
seem to ignore the potential dangers in these foods. I'm saying we
shouldn't because that would make me a complete hippocrate as i buy a
double of super noodles everyday, along with my six-pac of coke. What's
weird is no-one seems to care about the life threatening risks they are
taking when they eat this. I'm not even sure why im posting about the
terrible dangers of E-numbers in food when i injest so much of it.
The thing is people pay more attention to fat and salt they take in.
These chemicals are twice as deadly but no-one cares seems to notice.

I'm just so used to telling the time in 24hr now.
The funny thing about them is, I go to the coop, buy them and my coke,
come home, eat them and enjoy them, then i sit and think, why the f**k
did i just eat that s**t. Even still i eat them the next day.

I lost a huge amount of weight when i went to army camp 2 July to 16
July. Thats mainly because they fed us crappy food in tiny proprtions.
Although now i've put all that weight back on again, i don't have a
problem with me being a little fat.

I'm pretty sure cholesterol is far more dangerous, since it builds up pretty fast. (Who has a higher rate of heart attacks and heart disease: America or Japan?)
I believe I've heard of times where doctors, in Japan, (perhaps some other Asian countries close to the pacific) advised their patients to pick up a bad habit, like smoking, because they're too healthy at the age of 85. But, that's something I heard, so, it may not be true.
But, cholesterol and fat is far more dangerous because of it's immediate risk. Not to mention, removing cancer is pretty much a one time thing in any given area (unless it's very bad, or something like that), however, having a bypass or something like that is very detrimental to your heart and arteries. I'm sure that's why it's overlooked. In a related subject, it's actually rather unhealthy to be a vegetarian (depending on what vegetables you eat of course), but certain ones, such as celery, don't give nutrients past water, this goes for many fruits too. The other thing is, some of these take much more energy to ingest then they give back. Celery, again, for example, takes more energy to chew then you get out of it. If you gave a person just water and celery, they'd die from malnutrition eventually.

What's wrong with E-Numbers? I just can't get enough of E951 and E330. But I've seen candy with titanium dioxide in it, I though they put that stuff in paint.

There those numbers in the ingredients list. As in "FLAVOUR (951)". You don't have that in America?

super noodles suck compared to ramen. but when you consider ramen has 950mg of sodium of something like 25g of carbs per serving and there is two servings in a pack. but hell it is sooo good.
and i also have an uber metabolism, but thats most likely my age and liveliness.
EDIT: more great US food: oreo, diet cherry vanilla dr pepper, breyers french vanilla ice cream, Fat Burger, and the best: Krispy Kreme OH MY GOD fresh hot glazed donuts oohhh they are so good.
