[color=yellow]Hey I am back. After over a week with upgrade problems. 2 bad towers and a bad graphics card from Fry's, and hours of trouble because I installed the CPU fan incorrectly, I am back up and running with a few new parts.;-)
Asus Pn532 SLI Deluxe Mobo
2 gigs of PQI 533mh DDR2 ram
A new Maxtor 250 gig SATA hard drive
a Cooler Master copper CPU fan
A fresh operating system(Windows Professional)
an X-infinity 600 watt power supply
new network card
New Memorex dvd/cd-rom
New Sony Dual Layer DVD
An entry level server case from Silverstone (It's so huge, I had to order Mobo power extentions to make them fit from the PSU.)
and 2 GeForce 7800 GTX OC graphics cards running in SLI mode.
Operating system still is a bit touchy about hardware changes but I am getting it ironed out. Scored a 5200 on 3D Mark06.I know my cpu (P4 3.4 LGA 775 chipset) is the bottleneck now, but I will save up some more and buy a Pentium D monster when Windows Vista becomes more readily available.
All this while simultaneously working on the re-model and of course, regular work.

Your both wrong. Spider solitaire sails on this thing. The cards look alive.
COD2 looks rather impressive, but mostly I have been going back through my HL2mp maps and seeing them with a fresh eye and substantially higher frame rates.despite steams touchy nature, this really is a beautiful game.
F.E.A.R looks mighty damn good as well.
cough!..(PS dm_waterwerx is finished  )...cough!
and looks fantastic in most spots. I was really getting tired of rebooting my system every 20 minutes, So when I upgrade, I like to be set for a couple of years.

Sadly, I left my crystal ball in storage so if you are not up to posting it in your thread, how were we to know exactly?
For the record, this map is one of the few on my watch list. So, it wasn't I who didn't retain interest enough.

Well I must apologise for that Orph, I updated the thread to show it, but then updated the profile and once I did that posting and new comments were turned off I think. I also posted a news story but it has'nt been put up yet. I hope you guys enjoy it more now.
