2.7 without -noforce commands and mouse accel turned on. If you can't make a 360 with a mouse and make it stay at the exactly the same level you need to play more.
Reckless disregard for childrens well being, women and nothing but utter contempt for other cultures.

That question is useless because i imagine most people, like me, change their mouse sensitivity under their os setting first. and so even though 2 people might have the same settings the sensitivity could be vary different.
still, before i got my new mouse, witch has it's own on the fly sensitivity settings, in Halo i had mine set to 3 for horizontal and vertical.
Reality has become a commodity.

i put my mouse on 12 for all games on the hl:2 engine, I keep my mouse on a high speed for better reaction time, plus I only pivot my wrist I don't use my whole arm to move the mouse

my sensitivity is set to 1.7 but sensitivity says nothing ,first of all, if the OS sens if high, like mine is, 1.7 is still ridiculously fast, then i have 2 buttons on my mouse, which can speed it up to EXTREMELY USELESS HYPER SPEED mode and a slower mode.
On my old mouse i used to have a sens of 22 in cs... 22! anything slower reduced it to a crawl.
And indeed, if you can't jump a 360 and keep the mous at the same level (ok well let's say not jump... because then the level thing makes no sense... buut...) you need to do something about your aim  the whole point for me in cs (rushing alot) is to just run around with my aim on head height or slightly below it and shoot the crap out of people's faces.
I can't see myself doing that i i can't turn around without dragging my mouse i nthe wrong direction (which makes no sense to me, just move it to the right or left for a perfect circle right? not up and down  )
Hell, is an half-filled auditorium

I defy anyone to make a case for a console controller over a keyboard/mouse for any FPS game. There is just no comparison between the two at all.

I know a guy with no fingers/thumb on one hand who can kick my ass at CS and is good at FPS's in general. Uses that hand for the mouse aiming the other hand on the keyboard for actions.
