Map Description

After about 14 months, the map is finally "finished".

For you guys who havent heard about the map before:
The map takes place in a futuristic city high enough to reach above the clouds.

One thing that i really miss is that very few people actually write stuff about how they did their maps, and how they thought when they did them. So I wrote one myself called "the story behind dm_cloudcity"

The textures is partially made by me, partially by Skurmedel, partially by Teddybear, partially by Valve, and partially by IZaNaGI.

Spoken like a dedicated camper.

I have never, to my knowledge, misread your name MB. I tend to read slowly though. Perhaps its these speed readers who have issues. *shrugs*

Plus it would probably make all the optimising you've done so far void. Unless they've managed to get it working more efficiently than when I last used it.

Oh, and the map is incredible, awesome work Bister.

Progress:
Ive been solving most of the issues and made a compile with HDR; as I expected the map didn't work very well with HDR because of its "darkness".
I have concluded not to implement HDR in the final version.

You americans seem to have serious problems with my name.
Everywhere I go, someone reads it wrong.

I remember once when the leader from project hull breach wanted to hire me for his MOD, and began the e-mail with:
"Hey MBlister, I have a question for you."

I mentioned that he spelled my name wrong in my reply. Then he replied with this:

"Apologies about the name, MisterBlister, I tend to shorten peoples names as nicknames, ie I called signy, sigs."

Pretty funny i think.
I sacked his offer by the way. >=)

MisterBister is actually Swedish and means "Mister Harsh".
Most people refer to me as "Bister" over the net since nobody actually have the energy say/spell the entire name.

It's like an optical illusion, but It's Bister with no "L"

He had to correct me way back in the day
