Half-Life: Deathmatch Terminal Map Pack

A multiplayer mappack for Half-life 1 that contains two maps, Sewer and Outskirts.

Sewer

Set in an aged city in the future, you are in an old storm water drain that was built in 2020 for the people of Hexam City. The virus recently found its way to Earth via a wrecked human spacecraft that drifted into deep space 50 years ago. They repaired/boarded the ship and translated the on board documents and revealed Earths location. The virus has infected almost the whole of Hexam city and continue to expand outwards consuming all in its path. Earths single governing force is trying to contain the threat and stop the virus from gathering around the crash site, they fear the virus brought something with them, something dangerous.

The force has recently swept the storm water drains to prevent the virus from moving through the 'undergrounds', an easy direct way out of the city, and turn off the water flow to prevent the water borne parasite from getting into the ocean. All that remains of them is corpses and plenty of unused ammo.


Outskirts

Its now morning. The virus has spread throughout the city and continues to expand since its arrival at about 9 PM last night. Many parts of the city have been evacuated and closed off to prevent the virus from moving through. Earth's single governing force has been working around the clock suppressing the virus movement in Hexam from taking over the city and escaping into the worlds largest and most important city, New Hexam.

A cloud of yellowish fog approaches from the south western side of the city. It is the mutants, there moving quickly toward the crash site where it is feared, they have brought something with them. They are due to move through this abandon part of the city in a few hours. Soon, it would appear as if it was nightfall, the birds will stop singing and the calls and screams of the mutants will echo through the city.

The undergrounds was successfully sealed off, but at a high price. Hundreds of marines where lost in the sewers, there bodies will rot quickly in the presence of the virus. All outlets from the sewers have been sealed off, all maintenance access to the undergrounds has been locked. All marines who where lost in the mission will be honoured for their bravery and sacrifice.

Continuing into the kitkat_express station, this map expands on the station and into the outer areas of the complex.

Half-Life: Deathmatch dm_drill_quad_v1

This is a fun, all out war map made as an experiment with HDR. The map consists of an underground level which is basically partitioned sections and a ground level which is more of a long range and has more space to run about and use physics. The map is surprisingly enough quite fast and FPS is fairly decent even though it?s full HDR

This is a 2vs2/3vs3 size map. nighttime. set up in a two floors structure with interconnected rooms.
The map is HDR and runs at an avrg 160-170 FSP on a hi-end rig. Tested on a low-end it still ran very sweet.

Half-Life: Deathmatch Canyons of the Fallen

Layout: A large Canyon with a tower, a bunker, and two turrets. The tower contains an elevator that leads to the tunnel system. The tunnel system contains two other rooms: the Fifties Room (because it uses the fifties texture set) and the President's Room (because it has a picture of the whitehouse in it). Eventually the tunnels lead to the garage and then back to the canyons.
The map was constructed with great care, and contains too many secrets to list. See the readme for some clues...

Half-Life: Deathmatch Holiday Hell

Merry Christmas!

My GOD it's been too long. To make up for it, I've created and at least attempted to optimize a special map just for the Snarkpit, although I will warn you right now: it peaks around 3500 wpolies.. /hides

The map itself is set in a small section of an alien shopping mall decorated for Christmas (nevermind the details, I mean come on. It's a game where you make stuff explode with a Ghostbusters Gun in a top secret research center) and it just gets more fun the more players you cram into it. Hopefully I've added enough weapons, although I absolutely REFUSE to add the crossbow. It's so cheap, you can kill someone by shooting them in their little toe for crying out loud. Instead I've placed the 357 in the sniping perch, because it's a MAN'S sniping weapon. Headshot or nothing.

Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy playing it as much as I enjoyed making it, have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Downloading this map you will face an quite big and open evironment with lots of climbs, cliffs, mountains and other geological accidents. The fun of it is to aquire one of the two Gauss to become powerful and have an easy mobility trough the map.

All the players starts at the same place, at a low level. To get better weapons you need to find the best patch avoiding giant enemy crabs.

This is a Simple DM map, but with many little differences in gameplay that makes it enjoyable!

Half-Life: Deathmatch Apocta

This is not a very common style of map. First, all the players starts on the sea, they fall from the sky and go straight to the water. Then, begins a frenetic race to one of the ramps because all players starts with only 6 shots of magnum, not even a crowbar!

After all this craziness, the players will have to make a mega jump using one of the "body accelerators", to access the second island.

Now, the player can choice to go trough the tower, where he will find a rocket launcher and will be able to walk all over the map with ease. Or he could chose to use one of the goods hidden there.

And, for last, there are many secrets, one of then is a Gauss and the other one plays Iron Maiden!
