I've been getting weird s**t like that too, but for the most part it's only a few words. I've no Idea what to make of it. What's the point of meaningless spam?
Here's one... it had some comercial stuff in it at the end though, so I'm pretty sure this was just supposed to get it past my spam filters:

They aren?t really good for anything, but you can't help but laugh when one tumbles down the stairs.

The jibberish is meant to mask key words from blocked/junk mail filters I believe. Usually within the text there is a link to on-line meds or other such nonsense or a file such as a virus containing add-ware .

Actually, all my spam is advertising pirate software (which is why the SPA is in my Favorites) and insanely cheap Viagra that "gives you 2" pens!". (I'm not sure who to report this too, but it made me laugh).

Lol, funny- I'm suprised no one here has guessed yet.
The email is either a tracker, or contains a tiny blank image that is the tracker. By opening the email the sender knows your email is active (the image loads or whatever) and then they know to send more spam. Education people!
