Did you recompile the map? Or did you only hit the save button in Hammer? One will create a bsp, the other will not.

You realize, of course, that about a fourth of that was actually coherent.

I think I had this eroor once. Its coused by having a lot of vertex errors and using the original compile tools (none zoners) to compile the map. You need to have a look at the errors in your map and try to fix the ones that say "invalid solid structure" (Map > Check for problems)
At least I think thats what it might be.

Are you compiling in expert mode? If not, try that... I've had the same problem. I dunno why it helps but it seems to do, so try it!

well, for my 2 cents, im thinking the possibilities have been pretty much covered here as well as can be without actually seeing some kind of documentation....im leaning toward a path or compiler setup prob; it has compiled yes? if so, throw yer last compiled log up, see what we can make of it please....

Yes, it should work. You need to provide us with more information though or we cannot help you.
Also nobody hates you, but be aware that you need to make an effort to use proper english on this site, or reap the consequences.

You should post a new topic for this.
The problem is that your info_landmark entities are not at exactly the same location. To place them properly, you need to replicate a bit of the first level into the second, then place an info_landmark in exactly the same location in the part you copied.
Add the changelevel triggers, and enter the right landmark names. It should work perfectly

Do you mean that if I just copy the landmark and changelevel and don't move them closer/farther?.

being an assh*le won't help me I need to know how much of the level I need to copy is it the entire floor? entire ceiling? entire walls? the example maps were not clear enough and the tutorial is not making sense.so if you have a problem you can go  some sh*t.
I am new to mapping so I'm not great at it.
