"I did this by using the original dm_runoff".
You mean you decompiled it? Let alone modified and distributed it?
Last I checked it was illegal to take apart, modify, put-back-together and distribute Valve's copyrighted content.. am I wrong?

You are right on certain things and wrong on others!!
You can touch valve maps, lets take dm_lockdown, why did they put it on the sdk source!!!???!!!! it is a valve content, you know what i mean.....

Why don't you take the time to make an original map from scratch?

Tommytoy:
dm_lockdown is included with the SDK for users to see how they achieved some things. They are releasing its content to the public for a "reference" map, just like they did with some HL2 maps and CS:S/DOD:S maps.
Decompiling - taking apart - maps that Valve has not given you permission to use in any way is, as far as I know, against the law - it's Valve's work, and they have not given it to you. You're ripping their work open to use parts or all of it.
I'm really curious as to the legality of this, and it should probably be removed from here or reported to Valve along with a few of his other rip-aparts (two modified versions of Overwatch, etc).

MidK... If you want to make a map less noticeable just download it and rate it a "1"
It will move so far down the list that no one will ever see it again.
This guy has already been advised that this site doesn't tolerate "borrowed" content. If he cannot abide the rules, the least we can do is use the rules against him.
Be sure to download this map before you rate it!!!

Midk, its only illegal if tommytoy makes money off of it, then its illegal. But hes clearly not redistributing it in a mod thats making money, so I really don't see any problem with it.

It was decided that it would do more damage to use the rules. Removing the map, removes the problem so any future member cannot see it.
Use the rules. No one who is anyone will bitch if you rate a map poorly with good reason.
Took me forever but I finally downloaded it.

Who or what is Shellshock?
HL2DM pro surely has permission, they're even listed at the Steam official site on the game stats page.
So I downloaded it. "The sky is more realistic..... " - are you kidding? As I wandered around I looked up and thought "what the hell, Valve made a pretty bad choice for the sky" and then I come to find out it was you. Have a look. The sky you use is pink and orange all over. Next time also adjust the lighting, because it still matches "bright sunny day".
Performance was god-awful. I don't know how - by adding a tunnel - you totally wrecked performance, but you managed it.
Speaking of the tunnel, is this just about all that's your work? You might want to learn some basics like alignment - several lights and decals I saw were placed very half-assedly, two feet closer to one wall where it should have been centered.. I saw that all over.
Also you managed to break the missile-imminent alert sounds (that beeping across the whole map) - I'm sure you'll play this off as "I wanted to get rid of them" but I'm sure it's just a result of the ripping-apart.
Summary: Adds a tunnel, ruins the sky, KILLS performance.

You dont like it, its okay
players love it that the only importance for me....
about the alarm, lollllllllllllllll, no its not a result about the ripping appart....there were 2 places were that dam sound was, 1 in the building near the trigger to turn it on, and the other one was outside it had a distance for for for about 3840 in distance if a remember correctly
yes i wanted to get rid of them (those alarm sound) and i did......
remember its just a dam game........
if you dont want anybody to download from here just say so....ill arrange that...........

He didn't "add a tunnel" at all, just allowed access to it! All you need to do is noclip in the ORIGINAL map and you'll see the tunnel in it, just blocked off (who knows why).
