Was not able to find it in the mapping textures.
Was not able to find it in pak files.

I can take a screenshot of the battery in a game, but would prefer having the real file.

The battery is a model and as such can only be viewed with a viewer. If however you want one in a game as a joke, putting one n a box would be less appealing than say putting a battery within a clip brush, or even a glass one set to clear.

I'd go with the clip brush. Tis was easier to place and perfectly devious. :naughty:

The textures of a HL model can be found in the model file. In order to extract them, you need to use a HL model viewer such as "Jed's HL model viewer" or "HL model viewer". Both of them work the same way and have the same interface. You can even use them to change the textures of any HL model you want.
