The Answer is yes. And I agree Cruise control makes a big difference.

Taking away cruise control wouldn't even solve the problem.

Maybe I should have that in sarcasm. And yeah I have had cruise control, it makes a difference to rest your leg, but its being abused by dumb people.

I know you guys think I'm joking sometimes, but when it comes to driving its rare.

There are some tell tale signs people are doing something stupid, or are about to.
[*]Someone is in the center lane going below the speed limit.
[*]Someone keeps riding the rumble strip.
[*]Someone doesn't use turn signals.
[*]Someone used them sometime ago and left them on.
[*]Someone darts into the lane that's about to end.
[*]Someone uses the shoulder as their own private path to success.
[*]Someone who uses the exit ramp to just get right back on the freeway.
[*]Someone is looking down, more than just to look at the dashboard.
[*]Someone is flailing their hands, and their the only one in the car.
[*]Someone has their feet on the dash while driving.
[*]Someone flashes their lights in your mirror.
[*]Someone hugs the shoulder and constantly stares at you in your mirror.
[*]Someone left their gas cap off.

There's more but watch those things.
