I uninstalled AdminMod and proceeded to ask for a replacement DLL that didn't actually exist. I got it sorted out by fixing liblist.gam to point to hl.dll instead of mp.dll, which probably either hasn't existed for a year, or never existed.
Moral of the story: Don't use AdminMod.
