A simple bush that you can move? Like a func_pushable? I don't understand your question really.
But to make a "simple bush", create 2 thin blocks (1 unit thick or so) with the {grass textures applied, and have them intersecting in the center, forming a cross in the top-down view. Then select both solids and click the "To Entity" button and select "func_illusionary" from the dropdown list. Then, set the Render Mode to "Solid" and the Render Amt to "255".
Func_illusionary makes the bush walk-throughable and shoot-throughable, and setting the Render Mode to "Solid" and such makes the blue areas of the texture turn transparent.

A bush you can move through and walk through- personally, I'd suggest you make a + shape (from 2 blocks, top down), and turn each of the blocks into a seperate func_illusionary.

it was in....er...either Halflife, or opfor...not sure which, i just searched for tree...but the thing is its flat...not like a bush, or like a tree that you would make like a +
Its looking from the top down (the texture i mean) so you have to make several entites and make them smaller each time to make it look decent.

You might want to consider brush based trees/bushes if you have any in arenas or anything. Alternatively you could use a model.

The xtree.wad is by Xerent. I have it kicking around my HD somewhere but i'll be buggered if I can find the accompanying text file  Definitely by Xerent though.

Xerent is now retired from, but was an official DoD mapper for a long time. Those trees come from Day of Defeat...if you have the mod there are quite a few different types of trees, just check out the mapmodels directory.
