Hi ive made a set of brushes and set them as a func_detail. Then i copied + pasted them to another location but i want to modify the shape of it. Is it possible to get rid of the entity so that it turns back into ordinary brushes.

I can change the entity but there doesnt seem to be anything to "untie" the entity completely.

thx

What you want is the "to world" button on the right of the screen near the point entity selection box.

The shortcut key for "move to world" is Ctrl-Shift-W. I use it fairly often to memorize it.

Hold on there is an option that lets you ignore groups, its the "ig"
button in the top, it allows you to modify entites and groups without
disturbing the arrangement. Its not neccicery, but its a little
short-cut.
