im trying to learn to model, and since im working on a combine themed
map, i thought that i could maybe make some new combine props, if you
got any ideas, i would like to hear them.

make as much use of the existing combine textures as possible, not only to skin your model, but to draw inspiration from.

make some better combine walls, some 90 degree curves would be cool.

imnot really that good (at all), but since im just trying to learn some
basic stuff, i will try to work with the wall thingy, it sounds pretty
cool, is there a way to decompile the original models and then edit
them?

I think there are third party .mdl decompilers that work with source
models, but I couldn't give you a link or anything. Search for ".mdl
tools" or something I guess. Once you have used that you should get
some .smd files, and those can be imported into Milkshape and probably
other packages.
