I just saw this thingy and needed to smile. I hope this is displayed
properly. I was laughing about the state: You need at least IExplerer
5.0 to perform a safties check. Sure. And what does it tell me then?
That my computer is insecure?

For general browsing I use Firefox 1.0.7.

Sure. I give some kind of s**t about security. I use Iexplore as well.
I need it for that Audioscrobbler site. Won't work with firefox.

I'm just pissed of by the idea that something is 'required'. Because I
like to solve my problems the way I want - w/o fraggin requirements.

Or at least: I'm keen on solving problems at the moment.

cheers

I think he's suggesting that it is ironic that you need Internet Explorer to run the security check... since IE isn't very secure. The scan probably uses activex, which is one of IE's biggest security flaws, too.

He's probably using Mozilla Firefox for a browser... as am I. It's very good, and more secure and user-friendly than IE. Also, tabbed browsing rocks.

I wonder why everbody can express what I want to say much better than I can do it myself?

Heh, that's funny, a security check using an unsecure feature doesn't work for FireFox... I guess that says something...

The Audioscrobbler site (or last fm as it's called now) works fine for me when using FF.
