Was corrupted blood that infection that was supposed to stay in one place but due to a bug characters carried it out of that one place and the infection was meant for high level characters so it killed lower level people very fast?

The scenario sounds eerily similar to a potential influenza pandemics. The bird flu virus is undergoing mutation, and millions of people could die from it if it evolved in a certain way.
The scary thing is that we can't resurrect people in real life.

that is a great idea, the whole plague thing. they should do things like that for all rpgs, but more variation like natural disasters or full scale real-time wars or something.
WoW was okay but the graphics seemed a little too cartoony for me. i personally thing best RPG ever is Final Fantasy IX.

I can't wait for Oblivion. They near-eliminated the only thing I hated about Morrowind: The amount of time travelling back and forth between places. Also now it has havok physics and a supposedly kick-ass AI called Radiant  .
