Actually I've started doing something very cunning. If I need to store stuff or transport data I don't use memory sticks and crap- they can break easily. If you email yourself with all the stuff attached, and in the email list as many words as you need that relate to it. Then when you need to find the data you merely use the gmail search to find it, and you can give all your stuff labels.
Main thing I use it for is work, transporting it from my laptop to a university computer to print it out. I predict online storage is where its at. I actually used to use my pit to do the same thing. I use around 15% of my gmail inbox, and I reckon its gunna fill up, but I'm sure if you do you can request more space.

My email through my ISP is at maybe 25MB, and I've had that for at
least 3 years now. I don't put large files through email though.
