And yeah, I think it'd be a great theme. Cars and market stalls on the streets for cover and those Chinese signs up high would make for some good vertical combat. :smile:

The Grand Theft Auto series always does a decent job of putting chinatowns in their cities (In GTA3 and GTA:SA).

Check those out if you have access to them.

The best (and best looking) Deus Ex maps had a similar theme. I love it.

Oh, visibility groups can go a long way in such situations, especially since they're far easier to work with than in previous Hammer versions. :smile:

But yeah, looks like an awfull lot of custom models would be required to get the most out of the theme.

Try to go with a style similar to Serious Sam 2's China town planet:

Also change the texture of the dock. Docks are rarely tile. -Facepunch
