How do I get texures and models from CSS? I looked, but I couldnt find where they where kept. Please help :sad:

i havent played with the sdk and such for awhile, but i believe everything is in the gcf files, waiting to be extracted and abused...gcfscape will do it, i believe...

i thought copywrite diddnt matter as long as you diddnt use the material to bring the creator down a few pegs or as long as it is non profit
the only problem with steam updating things every week is it doesent give the developers an incentive to playtest thier work, so we do it for them

So cant you use materials from other mods! I want to, but after reading this I feel a bit concerned. This is EXACTLY what puts me off mapping for source (HL2 mod), where else can I get materials? Im bored of the crappy HL2 one's.
