Hi there guys,

Nuclear Dawn has been slacking about in the last few months, and we really want this mammoth out of the door now. We need some more maps for our first release, and where's a better place to ask ...

So, if you're interested, please apply !

Id have to say that is the best looking mod i have ever seen. If you had told me that Valve had developed the game I saw in those screens I would have believed you. (if i didn't know any better) Who ever is creating and skinning those models has some real talent. The lighting looks excellent to.

Good luck with your mod. I really like to play it.
I'd offer to help you out but i have no real talent.
Reality has become a commodity.

How similar is this mod to Natural Selection gameplay- and map design-wise (if you ignore the alien team and three hives one human spawn stuff)? Like what would be the basic bare-bones map layout? Does the commander have a top-down view which prevents multi-layered map designs ala NS? Do you want large open areas, indoors with tight corridors, a mix?

It looks interesting, but there's so little information about the nitty gritty details from what I've seen that it would be hard to judge if I could make a good map.

If I still mapped, I'd hop on this train.

There is an upside down view for the commander. At least I guess so from the article pictures shown here.
Why snark works.
