I think this movie looks cool:

/me braces self for flaming and ridicule

On another note:
Look what I found Cass! This trailer is sort of depressing though, cuz it makes Vol. II look like a horrible B -movie. (Which is not to say that it won't be, I'm just crossing my fingers.)

Aah quicktime is the work of the devil. Why do people make all these s**tty formats? Who decided realplayer could have 50 files types of its own? Where are my pants?

Quicktime is fine for trailers, though I get pissed when you can't save it to your computer and have to watch it on the stupid webpage. and its fullscreen stuff is crap. okay, so I guess it sucks :x

Realplayer is a piece of s**t.

That's really just a 'teaser' trailer for Kill Bill vol2. I thought it was funny as hell. Anyone know when vol1 comes out on dvd, I really want it!

The Kill Bill 2 thing is just a teaser trailer, I think it's impossible to really judge the movie by it. I think it looks pretty cool though.

As for Quicktime, sure it's no mpg, but I like it hella better than any of them streaming crap they generally try to use so people won't steal there stuff. Dealing with the inevitable connection drop at some point on this campus network is just a pain in the ass. Pound for pound, it always seems like the qualities better than say an rm as well.

Although, it does kind of seem weird that they would be using any form of copy-protection on what really amounts to nothing more than a commercial. I mean, people wanna trade it, it's just getting out more for no extra cost.

Yes!

The cheap B movie effect was done on purpose, obviously. I think that's awesome.
As the first Kill Bill was Anime, Hong Kong Samirai, and several other genres molded together. Volume 2 is basically a big ass western with Samurai swords and cheesy B movie references. A film geeks wet dream.

Tarnetino has been known to make incredibly awesome, and pretty crappy movies as well (Resivoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction = Awesome; Jackie Brown = s**t!).
In either case, Volume I was a masterpiece (as close to a tarentino masterpiece a movie can be).

I am rather disapointed though . . . I thought it was coming out this month

Are but you can Jinx. Save a page as a .html page with the following code in it:

click me

Rember to put in body tags and all that jazz. On the page with the quicktime movie, press F11 if it has no taskabar and (either) right hand click and go to view source or click View>source press F3 in note pad and type in .mov Vopy the file name of the mov file into your html page and save it. Open it up in your browser and click "Save target as" or similar. Now you can download and view the mov files offline. (But you'll need the latest version of quicktime player)

I think I was one of the few people who didn't really like Kill bill. Probably cause I went in expecting something totally different though.

... and the combat scenes didn't look so over-done/over-styled as in The Matrix: Reloaded (worst part of the trilogy, imho)
