Heh, I noticed that people have very varied sensitivites in Half-Life based games recently. I was wondering what the most popular sensitivities were, and why.

This poll system has gotten way out of hand IMO.

erm... how is 1.337 showing off? i would make it around 1.2-1.5 but 1.337 is just cool. are you going to vote or what? it seems like a reasonable enough question to me....

I think I use about 10 in HLDM, but different values in other mods. Its been so long since I've played around with settings I'm really not sure anymore!

I think what he means is he saying is that his sensitivity for different HL mods, meaning he can't fit in a single category.

12-14 depending on whether its something slow where aim is very important like CS or DoD, of if its fast like HLDM or TS.

Pretty meaningless poll, since the windows mouse sensitivity will affect the in game sensitivty. Windows max with HL medium might be the same as HL mx with windows medium...

I'm using 3.0 for TFC, 2.8 for DoD and defaults for other mods.

I'm assuming most people have their windows sensitivity on default. I'm also assuming that most people have Windows XP, so they'll probably have mouse acceleration on. There's only 6 options in the poll question you know
mazemaster: uh, you consider 12 as "slow" ? try playing on 1
edit: btw, i have a high quality mousepad with a smooth surface and large area, so that helps a lot
