Well, just when you thought news couldn't get any more bizzarre, this thing pops up

kinda struck me as a little odd, mad horses on the streets of the Welsh
capital city. and of course, it is dangerous, as one chap so plainly

And a driver had to be hospitalised after a horse stepped in front of his car
That had me laughing for a few minutes, especailly since they make no mention as to whether the car was moving.

And we have been carrying out work to have these horses electronically micro-chipped so that we can better monitor the situation.
We do the same thing in America, except we put the microchips in Mr.T (to protect the motorists and small children)

Usually stray animals are impounded and destroyed after a requisite waiting period... why don't they just shoot the damn things?

OMG THEYR TAKING OVER!!!

Seriousely tho, something has to be done about it as a girl got bitten
by a horse near where I live by a travellers horse not long ago.
