                        The light beams with dust are made by using func_dustcloud.
The squares of sunlight probably comes from holes in the roof, a skybox

                        point_spotlight makes a really nice spotlight but make sure to turn off the dynamic lighting flag... otherwise your framerate is going to take a major hit

                        The trainstation light beams you see in the beginning of the game are a prop.
