Well, during the outage I had my 19th birthday. Had a few now legal beers and plenty of paid-for shots and a good time was had for all. :biggrin:

I'm closer to Alberta, same deal there. But the last time I was there
was just before I was 18. I'm not a clubber or anything so I never went
out on a limb to do anything. I'm all for the pubs and sports
bars...but since there's no hockey right now I'm kind of limited (which
is good because college costs are breaking my bank.)

I'd love to go to America, but it absolutely sucks that you need to be 21 to drink, and that in certain places you cant even smoke.

...I mean, it's not like the beer over there is so strong that you need to be over 18! (/me thinks budweiser tastes like nat's piss - except for the czech beer)

Jahzel, smoking bans are coming over here too, dont forget. In fact
Witherspoons are already banning smoking in their bars (as if I'd ever
set foot in them).
