Absolutely stunning, I'm really looking forward to TS2.2 with this and Abandoned in it!

Wow! Some real quality stuff here. My only complaint has to do with the chairs. They seem a little boxy, perhaps you could use a model?

Very nice indeed.
The only item I see that looks a little off is the chinese lanterns. Maybe (try it out on a couple to see how it looks) put on 2 spotlights (one pointing up and one pointing down) very faint, just enough to cast a light spot on the floor and ceiling. And even without anything like that, it looks great.

Actually the chairs are models but just really simple ones. I don't really like them and I didn't make them.
The room in which the chairs are is rather epolyish so I'm not sure if I can have more complex chairs.

This looks like it belongs in Rainbow Six 3 or something rather than HL. Stunning realism, it reminds me a lot of Kismeyer Basic (or whatever the hell that TS map is called) in terms of build quality. I've really nothing to suggest on this, it looks like there is next to nothing to improve. Great job, I am truly looking forward to playing this.

R_speeds are mainly below 650. There are two small spots with r_speeds up to 790 though.

Wow. Some parts look kind of dodgy to me (like the wedge things on the ceiling) but most of it is superb. I
really can't imagine how you got r_speeds that low though! Geeze!

Yeah the blue screens really look out of place.

I spent a month tweaking on r_speeds and optimizing every possible aspect of the map.
The screens actually look out of place on purpose. They are big, unstylish and emit a cold color and don't really fit the style. Maybe the old ones were more stylish wooden ones and had friendlier colors to the eyes. Maybe they've changed the database system recently.
It's the type of imperfections I strive for in order to make ithe map feel more down to earth.

It's pretty much done. I'm just waiting for 2.2 to be finished.

The map is finished. After all the waiting, looks like TS 3.0 is just behind the corner now.
