Here I am, with another mod poll.
I ask you:
<BLOCKQUOTE dir=ltr style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px">
What type of mod would most want to see?
[/quote]
I ask this because I believe that by January we're gonna be seein quite a bit of mods released. If not then, then at least by may.
Please don't vote if you experience a lack of heart toward the moding industry, or you just happen to resist all temptation of Free Games.
Thank you.

You know I'm not got to stop going on about how cool an Inquisitor mod would be. It would work so well! The maps would be atmospheric, the characters would have character and there's soooo much equipment you can do almost anything!
:biggrin:

Modders: Mod in moderation, your modus operandi shouldn't be a modicum of effort in modeling for your mod. Be modest with more modern mod menus.

NS:Source would be so fricking awesome. Just like TS:Source and SC:Source (SC2), if they ever come out.

Modding is not an industry. Free games are not always good. :smile:
That said, I hugely support the mod community and what it has done (or what it's done well, at least), but these choices are hardly worthwhile. You're not listing types of mods, you're listing art styles - with the exception of vehicles, the gameplay in any given example could be identical. DoD with space marines and sci-fi outposts is still DoD. Cell shaded CTF is still CTF.
A better set of options would include actual gameplay types: CTF mods, more round-based team mods, team DM mods, side-scrolling mods, platforming mods, RTS mods, RPG mods, Ikaruga-style mods, sports mods, etc. etc. That's the type of stuff that's going to make me want to look at/play a mod. :smile:
