Homosexuals these days, darn buggers. I bet they started the war in Iraq too, like black people.

It was one of the admins, it wasn't a hacking attack. You did something lame that pissed an admin off, and now you have teh ir moron avatar. My suggestion would to not bitch about it, think about what you post, and move on with life. I'm sure it'll be changed eventually.

Well that's a good way to get on side with your administrators I suppose, insult them 3 times outright.
Take a look at the text in the avatar - "I R MORON" - Why are you being
branded a moron? Is it your low rating--and if so, how could one get a
better rating off the other members?
I'd suggest this:
Put some effort into your posts - people on these forums take a dim view of posts like this
"ok now i am going to write a setnece for u guys to read and if
you cannot read your stuppid cos i wrote it peroperly with commas
correct tense use of youre / theyre hello my names bert?"
How about this, instead:
"I'm going to write a sentence which is relevant to the topic I posted.
I am also going to make sure it can easily be read, and has some
worthwhile information/opinion/comment in it - after all, everyone else
takes the 5 seconds extra it takes to write coherently!"
Other forum bloopers such as derogotary (sp?) and frequent use of the word "gay" to describe things as bad - grow up?
Most importantly - if you don't have more than a line to say, it
usually isn't worth replying. If you don't like the fact we try and
maintain a good standard of posting, that's tough nuts. People will
listen and value you your opinion when you put the same amount of time,
thought and care into your posts that everyone else does.
Notice how I didn't say "try and make sure all spelling is correct" - I
understand that people can struggle with spelling, but 99% of the time
the errors are down to pure laziness on the posters part.

I must admit, i dont like banning people from my games as well, at all
really. I really do feel everyone deserves the same chance, so warnings
happen before bannings...
...worse than steam forums? you joking! were more active than the steam
forums (we dont just idle, we post if were online) and we have a lot
more intelligent conversations than on the steam forums...
thats my opinion anyway. Also, dont Complain at the admins, they have
far superior powers than us users, so dont complain at them in a
frenzied mannar. Debate with them, Suggest ways to make it better, but
dont say "omfg how stupid" and "loser admin", as the inevitable will happen.

Take the good advice from Gwil, for this forum and for real-life situations too. You've insulted people that you should have more respect (not that you should insult people in general anways). Compose your posting in a coherent manner, and you'll gain some respect from people.
Even though it's just a gaming forum, the purpose of it is still communication. And poor grammar and spelling errors get in the way of communication.

I did ask, well, not even ask - suggest it would do him good to make
effort with his posts on another thread (screenshots I think), and was
evidently fragrantly ignored.
Moron branding is merely a way to alert people to the fact theyre
coming across as a moron, so that they may try and remedy the problem
by egnaging in forum discussion with meaningful and worthwhile
contributions.
Any normal person branded a moron could have said "My avatar has
changed to this and i'm not sure why" - "gay gay admin loser" etc
doesn't really win you any friends, admin or otherwise.
Wheat from the chaff and all that, that's all it is.

at the end of the day, i support our leaders, but i feel we didn't do our jobs if banning is the result.
my comments may lead people to believe i am counter-productive, or worse, react badly to authority but thats hardly true. my views just seem to not be on par with the new mindsets. i never view this site as ethereal, or virtual, its real to me, and i tend to communicate in real terms. i don't say things in here i wouldn't say to you in your homes.
anyways.. looks at floor
this was avoidable, its not as if we are discussing rugal

Well, I for one think the only thing that can change a lot of forum users is the act of growing up. I can't imagine that this site or its users would be any worse off with a couple of rotten apples removed- and with nearly 2000 members, most of which don't actually do anything, it's hardly an elite club we're running

Speaking totally objectively, habboi has been quite disruptive to the community. He even insulted jaardsi, a living god, and that's just unacceptable.

I do believe Casius' new signature is the most relevant thing to what Gwil has been saying.
I can't do any finger pointing and be a witness to Casius' statment -- but if you guys say he was disruptive, then I believe ya'.

Even if it was, it'd be British. It's merely run by a Brit for international dullards. God I love that word.
Whatever, the fact stands - Football is football, american football is
american football. I fail to see how you can call it football when most
of the time the ball is in somebodys hands
Britain isn't invasive anymore. We gave up that role with the colonies,
now it's America who goes around meddling in the worlds affairs
You learnt it all off of us though, never forget that!

Don't worry about my jibes at your country Orph, I think theyre all as
bad as each other  And hey! We never quit.. we just got er .. bored

At least we are on the same concensus about football. Extremely bizarre
name for a game that involves people carrying a rubber egg up and down
a painted field.

the only time i have a problem with our playful country banter, is when someone focuses so much that they don't sound impartial anymore.
when a sentence begins with "i hate insert country member dislikes at that moment because..."
sometimes, its hard to overlook such a pointedly direct statement is all.

When Europeans say football, they mean the game where you kick the ball around with your feet - makes sense, right? When Americans say football, they mean the game where you carry the ball around with your hands - can someone explain the logic here?
