DOUBLE DRAGON F**KING SUCKED ASS! Almost as bad as Street Fighter. shutters
I love the first Mortal Kombat movie though, mmm Paul Anderson garbage.
We have many "Counter-Strike" movies: Die Hard, Heat, True Lies, etc. I don't think we need one that's based on a game that possesses no story.

Could be interesting. Unless its a story about 2 CS players duking it out on dust for a "world championchip"
[edit] After reading the preview, "The movie will focus on an international SWAT team assembled to stop a group of terrorists." Makes me think of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six. Go read that book
"The loudmouth beginner struggling for acceptance, the Team Killer who must face the consequences of a fatal accident, and the insecure wonder-kid accused of being gay."
So we have the noob who'll be speaking l337 during the whole movie, the TKer who's gonna be taking pot shots at his team, and the other noob who'll be sticking with his teammates for fears of dying.
""The terrorism issue is still rather sensitive in America," said one studio executive who wished to remain anonymous. "Killing an animatronic goat is much more palatable to the American public. And it should also keep it PG-13, maybe lower.""
Oh shut up. Terrorism is a sensitive issue because of 911 and then because Bush was stupid enough to go to Iraq, get his soldiers killed, and still blame it on terrorism. Release the movie with humans. Else you'll get them animal activists on your asses for animal cruelty. And who cares about a PG-13 rating anyways. 12 year olds play CS, so why shouldnt they be allowed to see the movie. I know why, because in the movie, it isnt "Animated blood" But the violence and language factors are still there.

I'd love to see some of the maps recreated in real life.

That incident was blown way out of porportion, just look at the
comercials on during the superbowl, there is more sex on those 1 min
comercials than there was of that 10 second incident.

I don't think the "amount of sex" was really the issue. The big deal mostly came from the FCC anyway for "conduct".

Guess you haven't heard of BBSpot.
There was a "Counter-Strike" movie that was made somewhat recently though. I think it was filmed in France or something.

Ben Affleck is actually quite the gamer you know. He did an interview on Xplay and he seemed to know a bit about gaming.

I thought it was funny, but didn't look credible. I've been tricked/tricked people with the onion.
