To sum up what everyone will say, your going to need more content and info on your site before people are going to invest their time in the project.
I'd say, get a goal list for the MOD and outline some kind of time line to show people your MOD is for real. Then network on a personal level (look for mappers and people that have a style your looking for and personaly ask them). Then once you have some more people, or just make up some names to make it look like stuff is going on, ask the public in the forums.

Erm...that flashing logo would have been better-off statical. Other
than that I love the theme especially since there are no combine or
aliens in there. :smile:
