Have fun in the computer labs. You'll be spending a lot of time there. Make sure to go, "what the f**k" when you try using a Solaris machine, if they have them.
I strongly suggest getting building access passes if the university offers it. You'll be spending many late nights there (They usually grade dependant on the compiler)
It should be cool. Is is set up there to split the degree before the masters process? (Such as, instead of proceeding to do a Masters in Software Engineering, do you start out studying that field?)
Just curious.

Enjoy your time in college Forceflow. There's nothing quite like it.
In case you're looking for advice from a nobody: try getting into
research programs and labs early on. It counts for a lot to have this
kind of experience outside of your curriculum requirements. Don't get
stuck on the "hottest" technologies and all that.
And don't get too drunk.
