• "freedom is the only way..." Let's stop and think about what you've said for a second. By including this in your sarcastic statement you're implying that you disagree with it. Is Oppression and Tyrrany acceptable in some circumstances? If yes, then what are said circumstances?
• Is there any doubt that the USA is the most powerful country in the world, millitarily? This has been so for a long time. I find it hard to beleive that the news of this has not reached our northern brothers in Canada.
• You mock the pride americans have in thier country. Apropos, you do not know what it is to be from America: the most powerful country in the world. You do not know and never will know the pride that one can take in ones country when said country is known as the greatest and free-est. A person's nationality is a large part of what makes him or her who he or she is and if one cannot be proud of oneself, what is there left to be proud of?

I think that you need to re-evaluate your position on national pride as well as look into the information you think you know about what American citizens think about the "war on terror."

I'd say the song is just a joke from a movie, and you should get over it, but you seem to want a serious discussion.

1. You might want to consider the puppet totalitarian governments set up by the US in Latin America and the Middle East. The song comments on Americans being "freedom"-crazy, where their invasions of countries such as Iraq in the name of "freedom" can easily make the lives of the people living there worse.

2. There is little doubt, though China's military is numerically superior, and has nuclear ICBMs. Why did you mention this, anyway?

3. I'll never know the pride of being an American, probably because I try not to have blind faith in such things. Is the fact that you were lucky enough to be born in the USA something to be proud of? I'd rather be proud of my own acheivments. I'm glad I live in Australia, but I wouldnt say I'm proud of it. I just live here. A persons nationality doesnt have to be a large part of what makes them who they are, and being proud of your country is not being proud of yourself. Also, your ideas that the US is the "greatest" and "free-est" country in the world are arguable. Canadians have the freedom to marry someone of their own gender, and there is a smaller gap between rich and poor in Australia.

I think that you need to re-evaluate your position on national pride, and your idea of where your country fits in the world.

Actually opec is behind the rise in price of virtually EVERYTHING. they control the price of the fuel source for every mode of transportation we have except coal-operated trains. therefore, when the price of OPEC fuel goes up, so does the price of transporting good, so the price of the goods goes up. from popsicles to pinball machines to the price of eggs in China. It's all dependent on fuel cost, which is controlled by OPEC.

I christmasized mine on the FF forums, but I do'nt know how to tweak animated ones.

I'm sure there are free ways to edit animated gifs, but all I've ever
used is Adobe ImageReady CS. If you open it up in that you can edit
each frame individually and save it back into animated form. IR is a
really useful and often overlooked program.

dude im pissed

when i reinstalled Office after reformatting my computer it wouldn't
let me activate and now all i can do is view and print because ive run
out of time to activate it, which it won't let me do it tells me i have
it installed on another computer

i emailed them and they told me i needed to activate it and i was like
duh i cant so i emailed them back and they congratulated me on fixing
my problem which hasn't been fixed

Just use open office. If you want people to read the documents you write just export them to pdf. I usually export everything to pdf anyway since it has a higher print quality.

Oh, and yes, Open Office has support for all those MS documents.

Yeah, I've used OO every since my Word f**ked up, and I haven't thought of going back.

That happened to me with MS office, it borked up after the 3rd install. Pretty dodgy for a $300 program. I've used OO ever since.
