                        Don't even think about using that program (i coulda sworn it was winbspc) if you want to release a useable map.  You are much better off remaking 2fort from scratch.                         It was a tool that let you drag and drop objects, weapons, and such.

                        WinBSP is the decompiler. RipEnt gives you the entity data, and I think it's possible to edit entity information from a .bsp alone (some servers add their own advertising sprite etc. into main maps) But you can't edit brush architecture without an .rmf or .map so far as I know.

                        Ya know, theres an admin server plugin that allows you to move around brush's, and they stay until the map resets...Maybe THATS what he wants.
